International succes

Burdock Oil & Gas International successfully negotiated a Search & Hire agreement with JGC Corporation in Japan, effective 12 March 2009. The agreement is open-ended, and we expect significant business in the coming years in both parties interest.

The Group's principal activities are to provide planning, engineering, procurement, construction and test run services. The Group provides services for petroleum refineries, natural gas plants, nuclear plants, coal and gas plants, electric power generation plants, pharmaceutical and food processing plants and others. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Comprehensive engineering works and Catalysts and chemicals.

The agreement is open-ended, and we expect significant business in the coming years in both parties interest. The OMV Aktiengesellschaft is one of the biggest integrated industrial companies in Austria and the leading energy group in the European growth belt.
