Introductie
For our client in Kallo we are looking for a Logistics Temporary Facilities Coordinator
Functie
- Reports to Site Manager
- Shall relate with all subcontractors, giving instructions to them and check if everything isunder control (if included in their Scope of work). If not included in SoW, shall liaise with Clientto take necessary actions.
- If needed by STM, shall fill in and check potential extra works request.
Daily checks:
- Maintenance and control of internal roads at site.
- Control of small electrical cabins
- Verification of site lighting (30 towers)
- Verification of status of toilets and other facilities at site (1000 people)
- Verification of external and internal parking lots (250 slots)
- Check and verification of laydown areas. 50 .000 m2 divided in 6 main areas.
- Check of vehicles transporting materials entering/exiting from site. (20 vehicles perday)
- Maintenance of offices (main and satellite) seats, furniture, IT, radio. If necessary,keep in touch with suppliers for repair
- Support/Coordination of entrance and exit of visitors.
- Check of subcontractors TCF areas
- Bicycle Maintenance
Functie-eisen
- Technical background is a plus (mechanical, electrical, facility management, electromechanics)
- Exsperience in a similar role
- Experience in projects within the industry is a plus
- Languages: English (very good), additional languages are a plus
